  1. 1. The part of the lesson plan that i had difficulty in developing was the objectives, because I needed to think about the three aspects of it, namely the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. It would've been easier if it was only about the cognitive aspect as it would be just making the learners understand about the subject matter, for example the facts or the definition of it, and perhaps how to apply it in their life. But with the addition of the other two aspects you need to consider other avenues on how to effectively reach out to the learner.

    2. I believe in the saying that you cannot teach what you do not have, so I think in developing my lesson/ curriculum on values education, my own set of values that were imbibed by my parents would be of help, and also my life experiences that shaped my way of thinking. The school that i went to from primary to secondary level, which is a catholic school, that taught me what the good moral values are and how it should influence your life as a person would help me in developing inputs for the lesson plan. Knowing my set of students will also help me in developing my lesson as I would know what appropriate materials to use and what effective teaching strategies to utilize.

  3. 1. I find difficulty in thinking of objectives for my lesson plan. It's kinda difficult for a first timer to make objectives for the lesson plan, and especially there are some rules to follow in making an objectives. In subject matter, I find it easy to think off because there are lots of values that we can teach the children, in assessment , thinking of activities is a bit hard , for you should give something enjoyable yet they will learn..

2.I think, I can use the orientation I have in my family, the values that my parents taught me. Also, getting acquainted with the students will help me to know what stretegy to use.

  4. 1. What was difficult for me was thinking of objectives since that will be the basis of the lesson. But as the lesson progress, we were taught that the objectives can be done or changed in the latter part to blend with the lesson being developed. The other part of creating the lesson was not as hard because there was a specific topic already it's just the strategy that we need to think about.

    2. In developing the lesson, it will be easier to develop it if we are really practicing what we will teach. It is always easier to teach through experience than teaching based on words only.

  5. 1. What was difficult for you in developing your class work last Saturday (August 20): Objectives, Subject Matter, Teaching Strategies, and Assessment? Explain.

I find it difficult to create my curriculum’s objectives. Because other parts of the curriculum depends on the objectives. You could have the subject matter but you can never have the content of your curriculum without the objectives.

    2. What do you think will help you in developing your lesson/curriculum on values education?

I think it would help in developing lesson about values education is through interacting with the innocent children, because I believe that children are the most valued individual. In addition, through television and books about values education would greatly helpo in developing lesson about values education.

  6. . What was difficult for you in developing your class work last Saturday (August 20): Objectives, Subject Matter, Teaching Strategies, and Assessment? Explain.

creating objectives is really hard because of all the things that you want to share in your students rely on it. Even you have the subject matter, teaching strategies, and assessment you cannot teach without your objective. And when I am doing the objective I also imagining the classroom setting. I imagined the strategies that I can impart to my students and I imagined my students to what they will become after teaching the lesson.

    2. What do you think will help you in developing your lesson/curriculum on values education?

  7. 1. What was difficult for you in developing your class work last Saturday (August 20): Objectives, Subject Matter, Teaching Strategies, and Assessment? Explain.

I was not around then but will answer this base on my experience. For me, the objectives is the difficult part in developing a curriculum. It is very critical and crucial because it encompasses the whole picture of a curriculum. You will consider this part in developing the next. It will be the show window and the basis. Also, you need to be extra careful in designing the objectives because you need to consider many things like the learners' interest, level of knowledge, learning experiences, etc.. You should always consider the learners's needs.

    2. What do you think will help you in developing your lesson/curriculum on values education?

I think my acquired knowledge, experiences and most of all values from my parents, teachers, friends and others. Will impart all the good values learned in our home, school and society. Reading materials, communication with my family, friends, neighbors, etc can also be a good basis in developing.

  8. 1. What was difficult for you in developing your class work last Saturday (August 20): Objectives, Subject Matter, Teaching Strategies, and Assessment? Explain.

I find it difficult to develop an objective and the teaching strategies. Objective because I find it confusing to categorize whether its Cognitive or Psychomotor. I can think of many objective but sometimes I just don't know how to categorize it.

I also find it a little hard to develop a teaching strategy because I really have to consider the learners in doing it. I should know if its applicable for them or not.

    2. What do you think will help you in developing your lesson/curriculum on values education?

What would really help me is interacting with the students. By doing it, I would have more ideas in thinking of objectives and the right teaching strategy. Another would be the help of my professor. The professor may guide me if what I'm doing it right.

  9. 1. What was difficult for you in developing your class work last Saturday (August 20): Objectives, Subject Matter, Teaching Strategies, and Assessment? Explain.

    - For me, the difficult part was constructing the objectives. Because I have to consider the learner's cognitive capacity, their interest, what they need to learn from me. Plus this will be my basis for my teaching strategies and evaluation and assessment. It is starting from scratch that I find it most difficult.Everything depends on good objectives, if I have poor objectives then everything will follow down.

    2. What do you think will help you in developing your lesson/curriculum on values education?

    - The internet is a huge help for one. And the other is inspiration from the people who practice such good character.

  10. 1. What was difficult for you in developing your class work last Saturday (August 20): Objectives, Subject Matter, Teaching Strategies, and Assessment? Explain.

Last August 20, I was not present in our class because I was sick. But when I was writing my lesson plan, I had a hard and long time writing my objectives. Because objectives serve as the scaffolding of the entire lesson. If the scaffolding is not carefully plan then all the parts of the lesson follows. I have to write and plan my objectives carefully, because I need to consider my learners (or my students) and their level, what I want them to learn, and how will I deliver my lesson.

    2. What do you think will help you in developing your lesson/curriculum on values education?

The things that helped me developed my lesson/curriculum in values education are; first, are my values that were taught and instilled to me by my parents and the school that I attended. It is really a great help growing in a catholic school because as the saying goes, "practice what you teach". And you can't practice and teach well what you don't have. Second, is the help from my teacher and the help from experienced educators. Lastly, is the technology, like the internet that gives us enough ideas.
